Patrick de Weyze is a knight of the Order of the Flaming Rose. He can be found at The New Narakort in the Trade Quarter. His sister was found unconscious in her bed not too long ago, with blood trickling from her neck. Since then, she has disappeared so the knight naturally thinks she has transformed and been drawn somewhere. De Weyze wants Γκέραλτ to find his sister and bring her back home.

- "De Weyze" is old Dutch for "the wise" (nowadays it is written "de wijze").
- In Polish version of the game, the name is spelled "Patrick z Weyze" and sounds exactly like the name of an American actor — Patrick Swayze.
